We are Solar Screen International S.A. and we have more than 35 years of experience in the distribution of self-adhesive window films.

If there is a contractual and/or commercial relationship with you or if we are in discussion to enter into a relationship (customers, prospects, suppliers, partners), we may ask you for certain data to carry out our contract.

In this context we may process :

  • Your name and contact details: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, site address and/or delivery address (if applicable) ;
  • Your bank account number (only in the context of a contractual relationship)
  • If necessary, technical documents (plans, photos, ...) to establish your offer

The personal data will be kept for the duration of our contractual relationship and ten years beyond.

Whether you are a private individual or a professional, we may need to process :

  • The name of your professional structure
  • Your first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address;
  • a personal characteristic: your title
  • geographical data: country of intervention, postal code and city

Solar Screen International S.A. processes your data in order to respond to your requests and to send you samples if necessary.

We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill its purpose.

We may, however, retain some of your data for a longer period of time in order to fulfill our obligations arising from statutes of limitation and/or any other legal obligations.

When you apply for a position, we ask you to submit a cover letter and resume. We use this information to process your application.

The information provided will be treated confidentially by our personnel department.

If your application is not accepted, you will receive a reply.

If your application meets our expectations, we will contact you to arrange an interview. Your data will be permanently deleted after a period of 12 months.

Newsletter

To subscribe to our newsletter, you only need an e-mail address.

Your email address is kept by us until you decide to unsubscribe from our newsletter, if necessary.

We use the services of MailChimp to send our newsletter. The provider of this service is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

MailChimp is a service that organizes and analyzes the sending of newsletters. Your email address entered when registering for the newsletter will be stored on MailChimp's servers in the United States.

MailChimp has an EU-US Privacy Shield certificate. This "Privacy-Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the United States to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States, including the GDPR.

The use of MailChimp services is based on our legitimate interest in using a safe and user-friendly management system for our newsletter.

If you do not want MailChimp to analyze your email address, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. For this purpose, each email sent within the framework of the newsletter contains an ad hoc link for unsubscribing.

**Who has access to your data?

Your information may be shared internally by the various departments concerned. Solar Screen employees and collaborators are bound by a confidentiality clause.
